Relocating to Costa Rica

Hello Giovanna,
I am an established mortgage consultant in Canada. I am seeking to relocate in Costa Rica, and as I do not have a predetermined industry interest as of yet, I take interest in your advice. However, should I decide to expand my services in Costa Rica, do you feel it would be worth my while to operate and a real estate finance broker ?
My question would be if there is an need or demand for such an company in Costa Rica ?I look forward to your response.
