We are dealing with a British retiree with property in Sri Lanka looking to apply for the Dream Home visa. Please could you confirm:
- can the source of income for the monthly deposits be from investment income, that is not fixed or guaranteed/regular like traditional pension income. Statements and valuations of the portfolio could be submitted.
- if the client rents out Sri Lankan property, would this be classed/interpreted as employment.Very grateful for your prompt response.
