It is not easy to succeed in job application - and for a foreigner it is even more difficult. as you do not know how the local market and its members is structured, what rules they follow....

In our company www.moves-consulting.com we support skilled professionals from all over the world during their assignments. we created a special career coaching for their trailing spouses, in order to help them finding a job in austria or in germany as well. may be this coaching could be helpful for you Zaki?
it is called Design Your Career. Register online and get more information through our website:

    warm regards
    Kornelia

You won't find a job on this forum, nor anywhere else on the Internet.
Instead, you should apply at suitable companies in your industry. Do your research about which the major employers are in your area, find out as much as possible about them, find individual contact people (not just a generic HR email address) if possible and contact them with your proposal of what you can do for them.
Thy are not waiting for you, neither do they want to hire a non-EU foreigner (with the additional risk and paperwork) or somebody less than perfect in German. So it is your job now to convince them that it is in their own interest to get you on board despite your obvious disadvantages. That means you need to be good at something they need. Very good. Better than any German or EU candidate they could find! (EU law also requires that such a person must be hired before you.)
I am afraid without work experience and good German language skills (you did not mention what level you are at) I can only advise you to find a job at home first, do that for a few years, study German in parallel and then try again. Good luck!

To find job, you've to address minimum 30 firms a month, not a year.
Then if you start you application with "i'm tired" now that you are not working, imagine your results when you'll be working
