Dear Friends, this discussion is to help my room-mate , who is in great tension as he is unable to bring his family because HRD attestation and Saudi consulate attestation in India cannot be done on his Diploma certificate from Aptech because it is a private institute.
However, he can get it done on his 10th and +2 certificate, issued by CBSE New Delhi.
Can he apply for family visa with that ? His iqama profession is Computer Technician and he is drawing a good salary too...
Any replies would be deeply appreciated.

lost attested degree now not getting family visa

dear friend.
i came to riyadh on 11th june 2012 on profession "Mechanical technition" (mechanici sainaat aam)
but company offered me family status they said they will change the profession this profession is just a formality to enter the kingdom.after that my company asked my degree to change my profession with saudi attested.
i gave them my degree after getting my degree with saudi attested.then my company changed my profession to "MUSHRIF KHAWAED BAYNAAT" Means supervisor of database administrator.but when i got to isteqdaam they said first you came on mechanic visa so we can not give you family visa.
now you can get only visit.
and meaning of "MUSHRIF KHAWAED BAYNAAT" in isteqdaam office is supervisor of database administrative.note : very silly difference "supervisor of database administrator." as per company.
"supervisor of database administrative." as per isteqdaam.so not possible get your profession change to computer related you will get the family visa.
not my company lost my degree. and sayin to get a duplicated one when you go to vacation.but without my degree they changed my profession to "MUHALLIL NAZAM AAM" Means System analyst.
but without my degree i can not get my family visa.
for getting a duplicated degree and again getting it attested it will take more 5 to 6 months
is there any other way to get the family visa with out backdoor.any help/suggestion will be appreciated friends.

I have been offered a very good IT domain job for a leading bank in Riyadh.
After I have got permanent visa for my wife and kids, I would like to bring my mother and unmarried sister also into KSA as they are alone in Pakistan. I know that I can get atleast a visit visa for my mother but can I get a visit visa for my unmarried sister, she is 21 yrs old and special needs child. She will accompany my mother.I need to be sure I can get her visa before I can accept the offer as there is no one back home to take care of my sister and mother.
